Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Kansai Beauty. All items are made to order and shipped from our studio in Los Angeles, California.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note:

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

  • Processing times may be longer during product launches, restocks, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Estimated transit times:

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather events, or carrier issues.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries outside the United States. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Kansai Beauty is not liable for delays or lost shipments once tracking has been issued. If your package has not moved in more than 7 business days, contact us at support@kansaibeauty.com and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
