Kansai Beauty Return Policy

We hope you love every product you receive from Kansai Beauty. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns on unopened, unused items only.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns on used items due to hygiene and safety concerns.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at returns@kansaibeauty.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide next steps and a return shipping label, if applicable.

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping fees may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description—we’ll make it right.

Final Sale Items
All limited edition, promotional, or discounted items (including purchases made using the welcome discount) are final sale and cannot be returned.
